Testicles go inside body during sex

During sexual intercourse with my girlfriend my right testicle occasionally moves upward into my body. When this occurs, the testicle in question feels like a hard lump beneath my skin of my lower abdomen. To move it back to the correct position, it is necessary for me to push the 'lump' downward until the testicle reappears, and then apply pressure to the right hand side of my groin until the testicle moves back into my scrotum.

Testicular retraction is a condition in which a testicle descends normally into the scrotum, but can be pulled up with an involuntary muscle contraction into the groin. Cancer of the testicle is one of the less common cancers and tends to mostly affect men between 15 and 49 years of age. The most common symptom is a painless lump or swelling in one of the testicles. It can be the size of a pea or it may be much larger.

But it goes much further than this fact, too. It turns out that human testicles display some rather elaborate yet subtle temperature-regulating features that have gone largely unnoticed by doctors, researchers and laymen alike. The main tenet of the activation hypothesis is that the heat of a woman's vagina radically jumpstarts sperm that have been hibernating in the cool, airy scrotal sack. Yet it explains many other things too, including why one testicle is usually slightly lower than the other, why the skin of the scrotum becomes more taut and the testicles retract during sexual arousal, and even why testicular injuries--compared to other types of bodily assault--are so excruciatingly painful to men.

Sometimes one or both testes do not descend at birth or over the next few months. Through early childhood, the testes easily move up out of the scrotum especially if it is cold, or the child is upset. This is called "cremasteric reflex".
